Mr. Leo Lei joined Asia Starmar Transport Intelligent (ASTI) in 2016 as the CEO as well as in Chan That City Investment & Development (CTCID). With over 30 years of International experiences in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Investment, IT, Legal services around Asia Region, Mr. Leo is leading well and driving ASTI till date for developing the Yangon Transport System into Intelligent System. He is also Chairman of Yunnan Zhongyun Information Technology (China) and Starmar Pte ltd (Singapore). Mr. Leo hold the MBA from Yunnan Unitversity (China) and Bachelor of Telecom from Chongqing University.

Mrs. Grace Lei joined ASTI as Dy CEO in 2018 and also as Executive Director in CTCID by 2003. The 20 years experiences in Financing, Auditing, Business Managing, Consulting, Contracting, Strategic Analysis working in Asian and Western, she is responsible for leading to the Marketing Team, Yangon Smart Transit (YST) and Yangon Payment Service (YPS) Project till date. Mrs. Grace Lei hold the USA Certified Public Accountant and Bachelor of Commerce from Liaoning University (China) and as well as double Bachelor of Accounting & Finance (Canada).

Dy CEO

U Thant Thiha joined ASTI as Dy CEO in 2016. The 14 years experiences in Strategic Planning, Business Managing, Investment in Myanmar and Singapore, he led ASTI as a Dy CEO and developed the Yangon Bus Media (YBM) as CEO till date. He is also MD & Founder of AG Sun and Blossom Success Services Companies in Myanmar. U Thant Thiha hold the MBA from Manhattan Institute of Management (USA), Bachelor of Science from University of Southern California (USA) and Int’l Baccalaureate Diploma (I.B.) from United World Colleague (Singapore).
